I’m Shari Hudspeth and I am honored to be able to share my passion, experience and success with companies who dare to set big goals and with individuals who are ready say YES to the opportunities that only direct sales has to offer.
In my 24 years as a consultant and leader in the field, a leadership trainer, a Home Office executive, and president of my own company, I’ve paved a proven path that has consistently taken me and those with me to remarkable levels of achievement and fulfillment. Today, I am empowered and energized to share and work with companies of all sizes, and individuals at all levels of career growth so that time isn’t wasted re-creating the wheel. The wheel has already been created. It’s the wheel that carried my career to extraordinary heights, and it’s the wheel that can carry your company, your career and the others that follow you from Average to Excellence.

“My mom wasn’t just a working mom. My mom worked harder than anyone I’ve ever met. And yes, it’s true, working mom’s come with sacrifices. But, through those sacrifices I was able to cruise the Caribbean three times before the age of 16, one of which included 15 of my family members, all of which were paid for by my working mom. I was able to have and show horses in competitive leagues all of which was paid for by my working mom. My sister was able to participate in gymnastics; all of which was paid for by my working mom.
