All products are hand inspected before they are shipped. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product please contact us promptly so we can arrange to replace it for you.

Returns & Refunds

There are no refunds or exchanges on purchases due to the easily duplicable nature of our products. If you have any questions about a product please contact our office before you purchase. We would be happy to answer any questions to ensure you are delighted with your purchases.

Shipping & Handling

Products are shipped First Class mail via the US Postal Service from the Seattle, Washington area. Order processing is usually completed within 3 - 5 days. Allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. Shipping fees are based on your total product amount and only applies to "physical" products. See table at right for rates. Shipping and handling are FREE for all orders over $150.01.

Downloadable Products

Save time and money by selecting downloadable products. Nearly all of our products are available in a downloadable format. Shipping and handling fees do not apply to downloaded products. Downloadable products may be downloaded immediately. After you complete your purchase simply click the product link. Click here for product download instructions.
